UCHealth’s relationship with Devoted Health and Cigna Medicare plans

I understand that you may have recently received information regarding UCHealth’s termination of its contracts with Devoted and Cigna Medicare plans.These terminations are not a reflection on Devoted or Cigna as reliable companies, or their plans.

Contract changes like this happen all the time in the healthcare/health insurance industry. These changes can affect people that have these plans – which is why it’s important to have a trusted broker advisor.

If you have a Medicare Advantage plan with either Devoted or Cigna for 2025, please rest assured that you are still covered for 2025, including at UCHealth. For 2026, there are additional plan options from carriers that include UCHealth in-network, so you can continue to receive the care and services you need without disruption. We will review these during Annual Enrollment, which starts on October 15, 2025.
